Xia Xiao Tong leads a complicated life. Between a physically and verbally abusive mother and her rebellious best friend who is constantly getting into trouble, she has to work hard to focus on her dream of becoming a beautician. However, when a handsome new teacher, He Fan, arrives at the school, things begin to get even more complicated as she starts to fall for him.
