Series synopsis
Johnny and the Bomb is a British sci-fi & fantasy television series that premiered on BBC One on January 15, 2006. It ended on January 29, 2006. It was created by Terry Pratchett. It stars George MacKay, Holliday Grainger, Paul Copley and Frank Finlay.
Johnny Maxwell stumbles upon a time machine when he helps an old woman, but little does he know that his journeys back to 1941 cause a chain of events which alter history. Johnny and his friends must go back in time to reverse the changes and save his own existence.

Mrs Tachyon and the Bags of Time The hero, Johnny Maxwell and his friends: Yo-less, Kirsty, Wobbler and Bigmac, find the local tramp/bag lady injured. While she is taken to hospital they are left in charge of her trolly full of dustbin bags. These bags turn out to be full of time and soon Jonny and friends find themselves in the 1940s during World War 2. |

The Butterfly Effect Jonny, Kirsty and Yo-less make it back from the 1940s, but Wobbler and Bigmac are still there. To make things worse the mysterious Sir Walter turns up and talks about the ""butterfly effect"", basically: little things in the past have big consequences. To make things worse he then reveals that something Jonny or his friends did in the past has caused Jonny never to be born! |

Déjà Voodoo Sir Walter is in fact Wobbler, he was trapped in the past when the butterfly effect occurred. Jonny, Kirsty and Yo-less return to the past to try and put things right and rewrite history so Jonny is born and Wobbler can return to the present. |
