Based in the Boston Area she works all around New England and specializes in documentary and commercial filmmaking. Lisa has been working as a cinematographer, camera operator, and assistant camera on documentaries since 2014 and has her own film production studio and office in South Boston inside The Distillery - Art Gallery Building which houses several other artists, filmmakers, and photographers. She works alongside her spouse Richard T K Hawke in their Boston-based business Hawke Commercial Filmmaking.
