A grateful Vanessa goes overboard trying to make up for Li Yan's kindness to allow her to stay at the Tongs for the time being. Ben is alarmed when Vanessa suggests she might make her stay there permanent. The rift between Eddie and Michael grows wider. At the same time, Michael believes Eddie isn't the one cyberbullying Shruti and thinks his uncle may be covering up for someone instead.
