Meera is shocked to find out the real reason behind Bhaskar's moodiness – Mdm Chia's family has threatened to lodge a complaint against him. To make matters worse, Mdm Chia's daughter, Melody Chia, has blogged about the incident. She hints at Bhaskar's negligence, thereby affecting business at the clinic. Over at the Rahmans, Sulaiman grows paranoid when Salmah leaves to go to Malaysia to visit relatives, and he worries about whether he can be a good father. Love continues to blossom between Diana and Jay as they enjoy being a couple. Meanwhile, Bhaskar grows increasingly uncomfortable with Meera working for Joel.

Meera quarrels with Bhaskar, thinking he is being petty over the issue of her loan to Joel. But Bhaskar is worried about the repercussions of his patient's death the night before. Arjun wakes up to find that he and Keely had spent the night together. How will this affect their working relationship? Ah Biao is called in to be the replacement photographer for Shruti's video shoot for Tanglin High, and the two clash over differences of opinion. Thinking that he might have indirectly caused the death of his patient Mdm Chia, a troubled Bhaskar seeks Arjun's opinion. To make matters worse, Mdm Chia's family turns up at the clinic demanding an explanation.

Bhaskar is not too happy about Meera working with Joel, leaving things a little tense between them. Feeling bothered about Meera, a distracted Bhaskar is later informed that a patient he just treated is now the hospital for emergency surgery. Could Bhaskar have overlooked something? The distance between Michael and Xue Ling continues to grow, with Michael being withdrawn and moody. Adam decides to develop a workout program to help pre-enlistees and NSFs to pass their NAPFA and IPPT tests, hoping that it'll bring in more customers to the gym. Arjun is excited about his new career path as a pediatrician in training, but how long will his enthusiasm last?

Michael receives a text from Peter asking to meet up. He's in two minds about it, what will his decision be? Joel and Meera need to find new office premises after the rental on their existing place is set to go up. Shruti suggests that they consider Xue Ling's office space. When Sulaiman and Norleena babysit Faisal and Fatimah, they are faced with the responsibility of telling what's happening with Hassan when the kids begin to ask questions about their fathers' health. Meanwhile, Arjun is undecided on what his specialization should be until an incident at the hospital helps him to see things in a different light.

Xue Ling and Felicia have settled into their new office space, but the response to Felicia's social media posts to sublet the rest of the workspaces has been poor. Michael grows frustrated waiting for Lauren to respond to his query about Peter Tay being his father. A concerned Eddie gets Pam to check up on Michael to see how he's been coping. Hassan's condition improves, and Sulaiman and Norleena go and visit together with Atiqah and the children. Meanwhile, Bhaskar is keen to finish unpacking at his new clinic so that he can be ready to open the following Monday, but progress is slow and disorganized Jared isn't helping.

Xue Ling tries to help the Tongs save TCH and is forced to confront Peter Tay in secret, only to rouse Michael's suspicions. Suzanne senses that Vanessa's been lonely and tries to cheer her up by inviting her to join Felicia and herself for a night out. Michael wrestles with whether or not to contact Lauren to have his questions answered. At camp, Mark notices his odd behaviour and tells the others about it. Sulaiman and Norleena resolve to work things out as a family, fearing the worst as they prepare to receive the results for baby Rayyan's genetics test.

In the fallout of the cancelled wedding, Diana and Jay are overjoyed to be together, finally. Kwong San and Bee Li still upset over their loss of face, are shocked to discover him helping the Tongs out at TCH. Li Yan receives a letter that has major implications for the future of TCH and enlists Xue Ling's help. Vanessa worries about whether Ben will continue to commit to choosing Grace over Gina, and goes to Suzanne for reassurance. Arjun is concerned about what he perceives to be Bhaskar's growing closeness to Pam. Meanwhile, Pam poaches another client from "Help Is Here".

Vanessa is pleased when Ben agrees to attend yoga class with her, but her mood sours when they bump into a familiar face at the gym. It's Jay and Sheila's wedding day, and the families are both excited about the festivities. Jay tries yet again to get Sheila to drop the assault case against Diana, but has a hard time convincing her of his honest intentions. It's Eddie and Michael first day at their new NS unit and Michael is far from thrilled with the posting. As Pam goes over the finances, she worries about being able to afford her university education. She approaches her mother, hoping that she'll agree to be the guarantor for her bank loan.

Jay tells Xue Ling that he's made up his mind about Sheila and the wedding. Meanwhile, Sheila has surprises in store for everyone. Ben and Vanessa have settled into a rhythm of sharing the baby duties with each other. Will he change his mind about his relationship with Vanessa? Sulaiman is a bundle of nerves as he prepares to go for a genetic test to determine if he has NF1. Chris and Suzanne have their hands full with Vivian, Suzanne's needy mother. He even has to pose as the owner of Adam's gym so Vivian will change her negative perception of him.

With the wedding just two days away, Jay still has Diana on his mind. Bee Li and Xue Ling debate Sheila's motives and her suitability for Jay. Meanwhile, Arjun provides Diana some much-needed support. Adam decides to rebrand the gym with a less MMA-centric focus in an effort to broaden its appeal to gym-goers. The renovations to Bhaskar's new clinic continue to be hampered by his incompetent contractor. Meera tries to help by stepping in to manage the contractor, but this intervention upsets Bhaskar. Suzanne gets a surprise visitor that no one at TCH is thrilled to meet.

Sheila falls down the flight of stairs at the Tong shophouse and is badly injured. Was it an accident or did Diana push her down in a fit of anger? Jay is torn as he doesn't know who to believe - the woman he is going to marry or the woman he loves. Adam and Wafiq struggle to save the gym as it is hit by another wave of bad publicity. When there seems to be no way to salvage the business, a solution comes from an unlikely source. Eddie is all ready for his first date with Xiao Wei. His dreams of the perfect evening are spoilt when Mrs Pereira turns up at the coffee house. Will Xiao Wei walk away after Mrs Pereira confronts Eddie?

Li Yan and Xue Ling's plans to play cupid backfire. Both Jay and Diana insist that they are nothing more than friends. However, when Sheila hears about the two of them working together, she is not pleased. Determined to get Diana out of the picture once and for all, Sheila goes to TCH to fight for her man. It is the day Eddie has been looking forward to - the POP! However, on the long march, the troops find themselves in trouble once again. Will they ever make it to the parade? Bored and with nothing to do at home, Mrs Pereira decides clean up her apartment. Ah Biao lends a helping hand but unwittingly throws away an invaluable memento that belong to Mrs Pereira's late husband.

After finding evidence that Jay has feelings for Diana, Xue Ling convinces Li Yan to help her stage a situation where the two are forced to spend time together. Chris feels uncomfortable when Suzanne invites Felicia to dinner and later, balks at the possibility that she and Felicia could become friends. Meanwhile, Mrs Pereira is at a loss during her medical leave, and confides in Ah Biao that she misses being at school and with her students. The recruits discuss their post-BMT future as they prepare for their 24km route march. Eddie later makes a decision that will have a big impact on the rest of his time in NS.

Sheila isn't pleased when Jay tells her he wants to postpone his return to the States so that he can focus on his new business venture with Kwong San. She plots to sabotage their plans, but her intentions are not lost on Xue Ling. Chris feels slighted at work, and finds it difficult to move on with his life. Bitter, he lashes out at Felicia for bringing this upon him. It's the last week of BMT, and Eddie decides to play a prank on Julius. However, when PC Jonathan finds out about it, Eddie worries about whether he'll face disciplinary action. Shruti finally takes the step of deactivating her blog for Shawn's benefit, and Meera helps Joel to mediate between two migrant workers having a disagreement.

Shruti reels from the breakdown of her relationship with Shawn, and has difficulty facing her parents after the previous day's incident at TCH. When Shruti attempts to talk things over with Shawn, she gets snubbed. Bhaskar and Meera disagree on whether they should get involved with Shruti's problems or leave her to handle things on her own. When Bhaskar continues to worry about Shruti's well-being, he decides to take matters into his own hands. At the gym, Aaron Galistan deliberately gives Chris a hard time, knowing full well that there's nothing Chris can do about it. Meanwhile, Xue Ling and Felicia start working together to find a new office space for their business.

Shruti deals with the aftermath of her video going viral and attracting unwanted attention, and Bhaskar and Meera are extremely concerned after they find out about it. Wafiq isn't keen on Adam giving Chris too much responsibility due to his status as an ex-offender, and Chris sets out to prove himself to Wafiq. Xue Ling continues to work on her new skincare business from home, but she soon realises that she can't do it alone. Sulaiman is still sore about the fact that Norleena kept the knowledge of Rayyan's potential genetic condition from him. Paranoid about Rayyan's spots, he makes an appointment with Bhaskar to clear up his doubts.

The strain in Sulaiman and Norleena's relationship continues to show as he spends the night at the Tongs'. Norleena is concerned when Sulaiman starts to obsess over NF1 and wants Rayyan to go for genetic testing. Eddie feels bad that Michael has been instructed to perform fatigue duties until his PES status has been confirmed. When Adam sees that Wafiq still has a way to go before trusting Chris, Adam decides to give Chris more responsibility at the gym to allow him to prove himself. Shruti continues to worry about her date with Shawn at his place after Pam puts ideas in her head about how he's probably thinking of getting physical. Will she carry on with the date as planned?

Michael is back from his MC and informs the rest of the boys that he's been recommended to be downgraded. Most of his bunkmates are envious but Eddie feels guilty for exposing the secret Michael tried to keep. Sulaiman discovers that Norleena knew about Faisal and Hassan's NF1 the whole time and feels betrayed that it was kept from him. Shruti arrives at Xue Ling's photoshoot not having followed some instructions earlier sent via email, and is chided for her lack of attentiveness. Will she still be able to get the job? Keely notices that Arjun has a knack for interacting with kids, and encourages him to explore the possibility of a paediatric speciality. Meanwhile, Shruti fears that things between her and Shawn might be moving too fast for her comfort.

Xue Ling's unease about Sheila continues to grow, just as the battle between Bee Li and Sheila over wedding dinner plans escalates, forcing Jay to step in. Arjun pulls an all-nighter prepping for his big operation but messes up at the moment of truth. An overconfident Shruti is in for a surprise when she finds out that her gig as the face of Xue Ling's beauty products isn't a done deal. Li Yan believes that Jay and Diana are in denial about their feelings for each other, but is at a loss for how to help them. Salmah offers to let Faisal and Fatimah stay at her place so that Atiqah can focus on taking care of Hassan. Sulaiman has difficulty showing any sympathy for his young step-siblings and the stricken Hassan.

Jay and Kwong San continue to discuss potential business ideas, but Jay soon has to soothe a brewing disagreement between Sheila and Bee Li over their wedding dinner plans. Li Yan urges Diana to confront any unresolved feelings for Jay before it's too late. Shruti is eager to make her relationship with Shawn official on social media, but the couple soon find themselves in disagreement about Shruti's obsession with social media. Arjun thinks he's in Keely's bad books for sure when he gets assigned an operation by her at the eleventh hour. Sulaiman learns from Ben that Hassan has been to see Rayyan. Norleena worries that Sulaiman will blame her, but he instead accuses Hassan of being manipulative and wants a showdown with him.

At the hospital, Arjun discovers that the woman he tried to chat up at the bar, Keely, is his new boss. To make things worse, Keely is tough and uncompromising, and expects a high standard of work from her staff. Ah Biao learns from Encik Chua that Mrs Pereira has been on medical leave and visits her at her home to see how she's doing. At TCH, Hassan arranges to meet up with Salmah but the two clash when Hassan reveals his hopes to get more involved in Rayyan's life. Adam comes around to Wafiq's suggestions to shift the gym's focus away from MMA when they see that response to Suzanne's yoga classes has been encouraging. Sheila tries to rile Diana when she comes by TCH to enquire about catering packages for her and Jay's wedding.

It's celebrations all around as the Tongs celebrate Grace's first month and the Rahmans celebrate Rayyan's. Ben continues to wrestle with his unresolved feelings for Gina, still reluctant to give up his relationship for his daughter. Rayyan's cukur rambut ceremony ends on a sour note when Salmah receives a hostile message from Hassan, asking why he wasn't invited to the ceremony. Meanwhile, Chris and Arjun head out for drinks and Arjun tries his hand at chatting up a woman at the bar after being goaded by Chris. Jay tries to convince Kwong San to come clean with the rest of the family about his financial losses, telling him that the only way they'll get through this period is if they stand united as a family.

The truth is out about Michael's condition and his army superiors are livid that they weren't informed. Michael has his mind set on OCS, and tries to convince them that's he all right and shouldn't get downgraded. Norleena talks to Sulaiman about circumcising Rayyan while he's still a baby but Sulaiman disagrees and instead wants him circumcised when he's older so that the event can be celebrated. During the soft launch of the gym, Adam has to come to Chris' defence when Wafiq worries that it might not be good for business to employ ex-offenders. Meanwhile, Jay becomes more and more suspicious of Sheila's agenda when he discovers that she tried to convince Kwong San and Bee Li to go on a long holiday to the US.

Eddie wakes up and realises that his rifle muzzle is missing, but Michael knows that the instructor didn't take Eddie's rifle muzzle, but Julius'. Will Michael tell the truth about what happened? When Madam Fatimah resigns as Chairwoman of TLC, the committee seeks to elect a new Chairwoman. Bee Li proposes that Meera should take up the position. Meanwhile, Jay tries to convince Kwong San to tell about his financial situation to the family but Kwong San refuses and tells him he'll find a way to solve this on his own. When Arjun is cavalier about answering Mrs Pereira's questions about her surgery, he's chastised by Wendy for his poor bedside manner and lack of concern for his patients.

affect his chances of qualifying for OCS. The recruits struggle with digging their shellscrapes, and Michael later makes a startling discovery about one of his section mates. Meera is all prepared for her day of volunteering at Joel Gardner's Support for Migrant Workers' Centre, even bringing along her own teaching material, but Joel has other plans for her in mind. Mrs Pereira is nervous about her hysterectomy procedure, but is even more concerned about being away from school and not being able to attend a students' camp the following week. Meanwhile, Kwong San and Jay continue to seek out possible solutions for Kwong San's financial woes.

Following his positive result for the COMPASS test, Michael is raring to go and eager to impress during field camp, hoping that stellar performance outfield will make him a shoo-in for an OCS posting. However, he soon finds that field camp is far more challenging than he thought it would be. Meera and Bee Li find themselves in a pickle after they have to no choice but to take over the charity fundraiser organising duties from Madam Fatimah. Ben continues to blame himself for the way things turned out with Gina, and for the mess he finds himself in with Vanessa. Ah Biao tries to help him see things from a different perspective. Mrs Pereira is listless as she waits to admit herself to the hospital for her hysterectomy, worried about going under the knife.

Norleena takes over the planning for Rayyan's cukur rambut (baby's first month hair-shaving ceremony) and Sulaiman is worried about the cost he might have to incur. However, he gets a pleasant surprise from Norleena. Bee Li and Meera are worried about Madam Fatimah's handling of the TLC Fund-raising event but to teach Madam Fatimah a lesson, they decide to let her mess it up instead. Vanessa, not wanting to end up in court fighting for Grace's custody, plays mind games with Ben, resulting in Ben being in yet another fix with Gina. Michael is keen to be considered for pilot training with the Air Force, and signs up for an aptitude test. However, he's surprised when an unexpected competitor emerges from his platoon.

Ben is still smarting from being left out of Grace's birth certificate and Sulaiman is urging him to get his name back in for Grace's own good. Vanessa, on the other hand, is furious when she thinks that Gina and Ben are engaging a lawyer to fight for the custody of Grace. She is determined to hang on to her daughter no matter what. Over at the Lims', Sheila is not happy to see Jay bonding with Kwong San as this will derail her plans to get Jay back to the US with her. She starts to attempt to poison Xue Ling's mind about Diana. Shruti is about to go for her university admissions interview but is more concerned about her date with Shawn after the interview at TCH.

Xue Ling takes up Jay's offer to do the catering for her makeup party but when she changes the venue to TCH, tensions mount when Jay bumps into Diana there. Norleena gears up for her first day alone with Rayyan as both Salmah and Sulaiman are headed back to work. She's relieved when Diana surprises her at home to lend a helping hand. Shruti can't take her mind off Shawn and Pam worries she might do something desperate. The time has come for Grace's registered parents' names to be indicated on her birth certificate, and Vanessa continues to harbour hopes that she and Ben can still reunite and be a family.

Ben is conflicted, and struggles with being a father to Grace while being apart from Gina. Shruti similarly deals with being apart from Shawn, and devises ways to get him to communicate with her. Chris is eager to shoulder more responsibility and share in the family's workload. Everyone's impressed by his work when he reveals the revamped alfresco area at TCH. Xue Ling's plans to start her own skin care business gather pace and she fears it may make Kwong San feel redundant, but Kwong San has bigger worries on his mind. Meanwhile, Mrs Pereira experiences a shooting back pain during a visit to the Tanglin Heritage Trail with Ah Biao, and he rushes her to see Dr Bhaskar.

Ben and Vanessa receive the DNA results, confirming Ben is Grace's father. Vanessa gives Ben an ultimatum – give up Gina or she'll move out with Grace. Li Yan is devastated after failing to dissuade Vanessa from going ahead with the ultimatum, and Salmah highlights to Li Yan about her pining for her late daughter on Grace – wanting Grace to stay for her own sake rather than Ben's. Adam offers Chris a job at his gym. Chris is proud and happy and tells Li Yan the news. However, Li Yan has other pressing issues in mind and she appears to brush him off, leaving him disappointed. Meanwhile, Ah Biao, Zul and Mrs Pereira take a walk down memory lane around the Tanglin Halt neighbourhood.

A meltdown following a spilt milk incident leaves Vanessa fearful of her emotional state which might lead her to hurt her baby without knowing it. Norleena blames herself after realising that her eating of spicy food might have caused her baby to have diarrhea. Chris is excited to be Suzanne's model in her promo gym video, only to realise that he is not as buff as he thought himself to be after the video shoot.

As they get closer while spending time together looking after Grace, Vanessa has the feeling that Ben and her are turning into a real family. But things change quickly when Gina comes by to spend time with Ben. To make things worse, Vanessa's ex-boyfriend comes over to inquire about Grace and the possibility of Grace being his daughter, which begins to sow doubts in Ben's already troubled mind. Having lost faith in Salmah's traditional baby care methods, Norleena is less strict about things and even gets Sulaiman to buy her extra spicy mee siam. When Salmah finds out, she is furious but Norleena is nonchalant which irritates Salmah further. The relationship between them worsens when Norleena tells Salmah to mind her own business and that she is Rayyan's mother and she knows best about raising him. Meanwhile, Adam and Wafiq clash on what is best for the gym, even pulling Jay into their argument. However Adam is forced to acknowledge that opening an exclusive MMA gym might not be the best for his business.

After his fight with Kwong San, Jay doesn't come home which worries the entire Lim family including Sheila. However, news comes to them from Diana that he has been in TCH which gives them relief and they try to get him back home. Meanwhile, Vanessa is worried about Grace not gaining any weight since birth and frantically worries about it. Even Ben's reassurance doesn't help and she's adamant to use a breast pump to express her milk for Grace even though it will exhaust her. Meera reprimands Shruti with a warning after she wakes up with a hangover from her drunken night before. Although Bhaskar isn't aware of this, he's still concerned that his daughter is spending all her time with her new boyfriend and not focusing on important things like her university education.

Sheila manages to convince Kwong San to spend some quality time with Jay. Kwong San agrees to go for a fishing session with Jay but the night turns sour when father and son start to argue again. Shruti accepts Shawn's invitation to a party but is upset when Shawn didn't introduce her as his girlfriend to his friends. She starts drinking and makes a fool of herself in front of Shawn. And Bhaskar, being the traditional protective father, still can't understand Meera's nonchalant attitude towards Shruti dating Shawn.

Bhaskar tries to encourage Shruti to write in to appeal with regards to her university application rejection but his words fall on deaf ears. However, when Shawn suggests that she puts in an appeal, Shruti is determined to do just that. Li Yan is happy and encouraged to see Ben starting to embrace fatherhood and paying more attention to Grace. But Diana warns her that things might be different if the paternity test shows that he is not the father. Jay is trying to mend bridges with Kwong San but Kwong San ignores him, much to his frustration.

One of the recruits Brandon suffers an injury on a route march because of Michael's over-enthusiasm. And when Michael blacks out in the bunk later, he forces Eddie to keep it secret. Through Salmah, Hassan goes to see his grandson behind Sulaiman's back. Shruti, meantime, has her first date with Shawn, but her happiness is short-lived when she gets her university application results letter.

Sulaiman has a big confrontation with Hassan, and Salmah is deathly afraid Sulaiman will find out that Hassan and her had a discussion about NF1 amongst other things. Shruti freaks out when she commits a tremendous faux pas on Shawn's social media page. Can she recover from this? Meanwhile, Suzanne agrees on help Wafiq and Adam with their gym's marketing and publicity, which conditions attached. The rift between Michael and Eddie deepens in their BMT training when Eddie thinks that Michael is going over the top with the NS training.

Salmah is worried when Hassan asks her to meet up, thinking that he might ask to see Rayyan. But Hassan is meeting her for some other reasons. It's Suzanne's last day at King of Sauces, and she continues to feel guilty about how things turned out with Felicia. While in camp, Michael inadvertently gets his whole bunk involved in doing extra work, deepening the rift within the section. Sulaiman, meantime, discovers that his mother's grave has been exhumed, and that in order to find out where her remains are, he'll have to get in touch with Hassan.

Vanessa suggests to Ben that they should go for the paternity test today to settle matters once and for all. She gets upset when Ben gives her the impression that he is hoping he is not the father. Eddie starts to finally get used to BMT life, as Michael encourages him to remain positive. Over at the Rahmans, Norleena and Sulaiman have to contend with Salmah's relatively old-fashioned style of parenting. Chris, worried about the difficulty of finding a full-time job, reaches out to Hassan for advice. Salmah bumps into Hassan at TCH, and when he asks after his newborn grandson, Salmah is uncomfortable.

The day that everyone has been looking forward to - the newborns are finally home from the hospital. Having spent months in preparation for this big day, Sulaiman anticipates that things will go smoothly at home. The new parents are in for a big shock. Vanessa has to decide where she will stay with her baby - at that Tongs or with a friend. Will her mother's obvious disapproval of Ben make the decision easier? And while working on the Tanglin Heritage Project with Mrs Pereira, Ah Biao is overwhelmed by nostalgia as they recount the good old days of living in Tanglin.

After a difficult and life threatening labour, Vanessa is weaker and more vulnerable than before. Li Yan is determined that Vanessa and baby Grace stay with the Tongs, but Ben is still hesitant. He is willing to help as a friend, but he is not willing to assume the responsibilities of a father. The threat of NF1 weighs heavily on Salmah's mind. She has a million questions about the genetic disorder, but the only way she can get answers is if she swallows her pride and asks Atiqah and Hassan for help. Meanwhile, Mrs Pereira offers to help Ah Biao with the Tanglin Heritage Project.

After the ordeal of the day before, the Rahmans and the Tongs are thrilled with the latest additions to the family. Sulaiman is the ecstatic first time father who is determined to capture every precious moment with this son. In contrast, Ben feels nothing for little Grace. Joy quickly turns into despair when Norleena finds little spots on her baby. Unable to keep the secret of the genetic disorder to herself, Norleena breaks down and tells Salmah about NF1. Salmah is against keeping the secret from Sulaiman, but Norleena forbids her from telling him. Will Salmah reveal the truth to Sulaiman?

The wait is finally over and Norleena is ready to give birth. She is insistent on a completely natural birth but complications arise and her birth plans may not go as she wanted. The tension between Vanessa and Ben continues to grow. Ben is frustrated with being the target of Vanessa's emotional outbursts and it doesn't help that Li Yan is always on her side. At the same time, the bickering affects Vanessa physically. She runs a fever and is rushed to the hospital. Realising that Vanessa has an infection that threatens the lives of both mother and child, the doctors do all they can to save her.

Norleena goes into labour, but Sulaiman is well prepared for this day and thinks he has everything under control. Despite his efforts to make sure that all goes smoothly, his headstrong wife refuses to co-operate and insists on going shopping before heading to the hospital. The relationship between Ben and Vanessa continues to blow hot and cold, both finding it difficult to find a balance between friendship and a relationship. To keep herself occupied, Vanessa offers to help Ah Biao with his Tanglin Heritage Project. Chris is tasked with revamping the alfresco area of the coffee house and he is determined to do a good job. Arjun and Diana do their best to boost his confidence.

TCH got a negative review from the food blogger and the Tongs decided to spruce up the alfresco area to make it more hip and happening so as to attract a younger crowd. Meanwhile, the tension between Ben and Chris escalates when Ben feels that Chris is getting preferential treatment from Li Yan. Over at the Bhaskars, Meera reveals to Bhaskar that he is not her one and only boyfriend and the revelation somewhat makes Bhaskar really uncomfortable.

Chris is back home after serving a two-week imprisonment. Everyone gives him a warm welcome except for Ben, who is still hasn't forgiven him for causing all the trouble. The food blogger finally turns up with a couple of friends after yesterday's no-show. But things end on a sour note when Ben and Diana insist he pays for all the food that he consumed. Norleena starts her song compilation to play as background music during her delivery while at in camp, Eddie and Mark bond over a common struggle - BMT.

Eddie is worried about the rest of the platoon finding out what happened between him and PC Jonathan the previous night. Meantime, the recruits prepare for their first book-out by doing area cleaning and preparing for bunk inspection. Will their performance finally be up to standard? Shruti gears up for a date with Shawn, but Bhaskar has other plans in mind for them. The Tongs are busy preparing for Chris' return from prison by making his favourite snack. And at TCH, preparations are also made for the arrival of the food blogger, with Li Yan hoping to get some good publicity from the blog.

Shruti continues to deliberate about whether she should go on a date with Shawn. She starts to get edgy when Shawn doesn't response to her texts to him. It's Jared's first day at the clinic, and while Salmah is generally pleased with his performance, Norleena doesn't think he's cut out for the job. Meanwhile, Li Yan receives a call from a food blogger who's interested to sample the food at the coffee house and write a review.

Jay tries hard to bridge the gulf with Kwong San and makes a decision to stay in Singapore instead of going to the US with Sheila. But Sheila gets upset and schemes to further widen the gap between father and son, and destroy any chance that Jay will reconcile with Diana. In BMT, Michael is worried about the upcoming IPPT trial but he is determined to get a gold in the test. Pam makes a lunch date with her and Shruti to meet Shawn and his friend Firdaus. During the lunch, Shruti feels uncomfortable to be attracted to the annoying Shawn.

Bee Li is excited to celebrate Mother's Day with Jay, while Wati is sad to be away from her children on the special day. Wanting to cheer Wati up, Lathika invites Wati and Fitri for a potluck party while the Bhaskars are at a wedding dinner. But Pam returns home earlier than expected. Diana is upset to learn that Jay has been back for some time. Jay, meanwhile, wants to drop in on TCH but Sheila dissuades him.

Things are still a little icy between Kwong San and Xue Ling as both can't find the appropriate time to talk things through. Just when things couldn't get any more interesting, Sheila blurts out to the Lims that Jay and her are engaged. Wafiq is eager to pick Adam's brain about MMA but Adam is determined to throw Wafiq off from investing in the gym. Shruti keeps her distance from Shawn when she helps Pam clean Mr Pang's office again. As Shawn continues to hover around her and makes conversation, Shruti is drawn to him and she cannot seem to explain why.

After looking through Kwong San's proposal to Boon Ping, Xue Ling is inspired and gets an idea on how to kick start a new business. However, Kwong San is not too interested, which dampens her spirit. While Adam is busy trying to put his gym together, he finds an unlikely business partner in Wafiq as he finds himself turning to him for advice. A work emergency from Diana causes Pam to seek the help of Shruti to help her with cleaning a client's office. Shruti reluctantly agrees and to make matters worse, Shawn, one of the office staff, continues to irritate her as she works.

Michael is determined to do well in BMT so he can get a place in OCS but that makes him an easy target for Mark's constant sniping. Eddie's desire to protect his Michael lands him in some comical trouble. Over at the Lims, Xue Ling is in two minds about coming clean with Kwong San about the phantom project but is afraid of the consequences.

Its NS enlistment day for Eddie and Michael and the likes of Kwong San, Xue Ling and Li Yan are anxious. Meanwhile, Eddie worries that Michael may still be feeing the after-effects of his recent car accident and suggests that he try to get downgraded. An excited Kwong San works hard on a business plan not knowing it's a phantom project conceived by Xue Ling. And Adam's desire to open a gym hits a snag as he struggles to balance the budget.

Bhaskar and Salmah start to interview candidates for Norleena's temporary replacement at the clinic. A Jared Toh comes for an interview and Salmah is set on hiring him. But Bhaskar has his reservations when he feels that Salmah's decision is all based on looks. Over at TCH, Ben feels bad about not having been more forgiving towards Chris, and as a result, clashes with Li Yan. Kwong San meets up with Boon Ping, the son of one of his old business associate for coffee, and jumps at the chance to offer him some business advice. Meanwhile, Eddie discovers that Michael has been hiding the letter from the specialist. Eddie is worried about him, but with the NS enlistment around the corner and Michael having set his ambitions on getting into OCS, will he come clean with Eddie?

As the Tongs prepares to go to court in the afternoon for Chris sentencing, Li Yan is upset that Ben is still not willing to fork out the money to pay the fine. Pam decides to go ahead and work for Mr Pang, much to Shruti's frustration. As Shruti helps Pam to cover up, she feels really bad lying to Diana. At the clinic, Bhaskar, not wanting to lose Norleena, is supportive of her and offers her a flexible working arrangement should she decide to return to work after her maternity leave.

Determined to save Chris from going into prison, Li Yan decides to use up whatever savings she has to pay the fine for Chris, only to meet with strong objections from Ben and Diana as they both feel that Chris has been given way too many chances and doesn't deserve to be bailed out every single time. After making Lathika upset with her belittling comment about maids, Shruti tries to make amends. They have a chat and Lathika shares her life story and struggles with Shruti. Gina finally admits to Ben that she is really uncomfortable seeing Ben getting ‘close' to Vanessa. However, Ben insists that he is just giving Vanessa the support she needs, at least until her pregnancy is over. Ben then finds out that it was Chris who fed ideas into Gina's head that made her insecure about their relationship.

Ben isn't happy with Vanessa staying with them and is constantly irritated with Li Yan taking her side and attending to her every need. Things get worse when she tells him to massage Vanessa's swollen and sore feet and before long both of them get into a heated argument. Meanwhile, Chris is on edge about his impending court sentence and when Suzanne unprecedentedly makes a joke relating to prison life, he takes it personally and lashes out at her. It is Shruti's first attempt at working for Diana, and Diana is a little doubtful if Shruti will be able to pull off the cleaning jobs and gives her the option to back out. However, Shruti is determined to prove her wrong.

Zul is in a funk over his relationship with Juliana. However, he is momentarily distracted when Norleena experiences labour pains at TCH and he has to send her to the hospital. In the end, he makes the difficult decision to break up with Juliana. Meantime, after learning that Vanessa's mother is unable to care for her, Li Yan insists that Vanessa move in with them after she gets discharge from the hospital, much to Ben's shock and disappointment. Gina finally pours out her unhappiness to Ben when she learns that Vanessa has moved in with the Tongs. A torn Ben give his word to Gina that he is committed to make their relationship work. But can it last?

Zul is upset and moody after being coerced by Juliana into meeting her parents. Desperate, Juliana seeks out Norleena for help. After a pep talk from Norleena, Zul decides to tell Juliana that they are not right for each other. Juliana is hurt and walks out of him. Bee Li steps down as TLC Chairwoman. Drama unfolds as Bee Li tries to prevent Meera from being elected as the next Chairwoman of TLC. Michael is disappointed that he couldn't sit for his SATs this year. When he experiences some residual effects from his head injury, he tries to hide his conditions from everyone. However, after seeing double vision during a workout session, Michael gets worried.

Xue Ling, still feeling guilty for being the cause of Kwong San's early retirement, tries to get Bee Li to accommodate and cut down on her own activities to spend more time with Kwong San. But Bee Li thinks it's not fair to impose this request on her. Michael, meanwhile, struggles with post-concussion syndrome, and it is affecting his studies, concentration and temperament. Over at the coffee house, Juliana drops a major bombshell on an unsuspecting Zul when she brings her parents over to meet him, on the pretext of having lunch there.

As Li Ting get ready to return to Hong Kong, she gets a reassurance from Bhaskar that he will let the past stays in the past and not tell Li Yan anything. Li Ting is relieved and grateful. Kwong San, still trying to adjust to retirement, is feeling a little helpless and left out as he sees everyone around him going about their daily lives. As Bee Li confides with Meera, Meera offers advice and suggestions on how important it is for Kwong San be kept occupied otherwise he might sink into depression. Eddie is now caught in the middle of a potential extortion case from some online scammers, but he gets help from an unexpected source. Meantime, Lathika is still not happy to see Wati and Fitri hanging out together, but this change when Fitri helps her out of an emergency.

Those mysterious messages turn out to be a call for help as Eddie mulls over it authenticity. To ease his conscience, he then decides to help the sender but not before roping Michael in, much to Michael's annoyance. And after their chance meeting at TCH the day before where she was very affected by what he said to her, Li Ting decides to talk it out with Bhaskar regarding what happened some thirty years ago. Over at the Lims, Kwong San finally signs off his shares of KS Foods to Peter Tay with much mixed feelings.

Li Yan is still not talking to Chris and Chris is hoping that he can make it up to her. But little does he know that Li Yan is actually distracted with the sad news of her daughter's passing. Lathika, meanwhile has just completed a massage course and bitten by the ‘course-bug', goes on the lookout for more enrichment courses to take. As she tries to share the good news with Wati, she feels left out when she finds Wati spending more time with Fitri. Eddie has been getting phone messages from a mysterious sender. As he tries to keep it a secret, it only pips Shruti's and Pam's curiosity as they hatch a plan to find out the identity of the sender.

Adam decides it is time to seriously kick off his plan for his MMA School and gets Xue Ling involved, much to Xue Ling's surprise. Over at the Rahmans, Sulaiman continues to fret over Norleena, much to Norleena's annoyance. Sulaiman then get some advice from Wafiq to enjoy the peace around the house while he can, before all will be disrupted when the baby arrives. While Li Yan continues to put up a brave front after getting the news from Li Ting that her daughter whom she had with Bhaskar has passed on

Eddie feels bad for doubting Hakim when the truth about Hakim's mother surfaces. He tries to make up to him but Hakim is not receptive towards his gesture. Vanessa gets warded when her water broke. Tension between Li Yan and Ben when Li Yan feels that Ben is not caring toward Vanessa enough. Vanessa, on the other hand, freaks out over everything from suggested induce labour to doing the sonography scan. Meantime, Li Ting creates a huge impression on Diana and Chris, and the twins start to bond with her.

Li Yan and Diana decide to invite Vanessa over for lunch, hoping to connect better with her and to make up for what happened at Norleena's baby shower yesterday. Feeling bad for staying at the Bhaskars for free, Pam decides to cook for the entire family as a show of her appreciation. At school, Eddie doesn't believe Hakim when he constantly makes excuses about his mother being unwell, and treats him harshly. But is Hakim really lying? Li Yan receives a surprise visit from her sister Li Ting, who comes bearing life-changing news for her.

Salmah, Li Yan and Diana have planned a surprise baby shower for Norleena at the Tongs' place, but Salmah panics when Norleena decides to take the day off and rest at home. Kwong San tries to find ways to busy himself with his newfound hobby but ends up messing up the house, much to Bee Li's chagrin. After what Mark told her about Pam, Shruti thinks that Pam stole some alcohol from Bhaskar's cabinet. She takes the rap for the missing alcohol and expects Pam to be thankful that she stood up for her. But Pam is oblivious to what's going on. Meantime, Vanessa runs into Gina at Norleena's baby shower and gets really upset about it.

Li Yan and the Tongs discuss how they can pool their resources when Suzanne informs them that Chris would most likely be charged. However, they get a surprise when Arjun bails Chris out. As Pam plans for a gathering with their ex-JC mates, Shruti is concerned about the alcohol but Pam tells her she needs to toughen up. Things didn't go too well when Shruti is caught by the police with a beer in her possession after the alcohol restriction hours. And while studying for his SATs, Michael puts himself under a lot of pressure when he feels that he is not as sharp as he used to be. Kwong San decides to step in to help.

Concerned and a little guilty over Pam's current plight, Shruti wants to make things easier for Pam by getting her to move in with the Bhaskars again. Meanwhile, Wafiq and Yasmine meet to discuss about Kalila's living arrangements and he is thrown into a fix when he keeps getting countered by Yasmine's tough lawyer Zainudin. However, Salmah steps in and helps him out. Michael, discharged and resting at home, gets messages and calls from an unknown number. Knowing it's from Lauren, he chooses to ignore it.

After Chin Huat's outburst, Chris and Suzanne get the cold shoulder from everyone at TCH. Chris then decides to be honest with Felicia about making use of her and taking advantage of her feelings for him. Upset over having to choose between with her parents, Kalila runs away. Wafiq goes into a panic when he can't locate Kalila. He's relieved when he learns that Kalila is at Salmah's house. Meanwhile, Michael finds that that Xue Ling and Adam have plans to seek NS deferment for him after they felt that he will not be fit enough as he is still recovering from the injuries sustained from the car accident. In bid to keep the peace at home, Michael reluctantly agrees to go with their decision. At TCH, Diana and Shruti see Pam and her mother have a major confrontation, and find out that she has been staying at a youth hostel all this while.

After his retirement, Kwong San is bored stiff at home and tries to engage Bee Li to join him at some classes at the community club he is planning to sign up. But Bee Li tries to avoid them at all cost. Over at TCH, Chris and Suzanne decide to come clean and explain the whole fake degree situation to Li Yan, but they are interrupted by a furious Chin Huat who blames Chris and Suzanne for Felicia's plight. More woes for Wafiq when Yasmine decides to move back to Singapore and wants the custody of Kalila. But Wafiq is not going to give her up without a fight. Bee Li, Xue Ling and Adam, meanwhile, drop a major bombshell on Michael's NS plans to enlist together with Eddie.

Chris' woes over the fake certificate is far from over when Suzanne tells him that she's been questioned by the police too. Seeing Suzanne so upset, Chris goes to find Felicia to trash things out, only to find out that it was Felicia's father who made the police report against him. The Lims get a surprise visit from Jay after a call from Bee Li the day before. Jay finally makes peace with Li Yan and finds out that Diana had lied about being together with Arjun. Will he go after Diana then? Meantime, Salmah plans a surprise baby shower for Norleena in her bid to cheer her up after Nadiah's departure.

Xue Ling and Adam are worried about Michael's short term amnesia. But Michael is more concerned about trying to recall his conversation with Lauren in the car and how it will affect his parents' marriage. Back home, Kwong San puts up an upbeat front about his retirement. But he is confronted with the loss after Vijesh visited him. Arjun announces that he will not be going ahead with the aesthetic clinic business much to Bhaskar's delight. But Meera suspects that the decision to quit the project is because of Diana.

With Michael still in comatose and seeing Adam so angry with Peter Tay, Xue Ling is wrecked with guilt over her affair with Peter. But Kwong San advises her against letting Adam know. And as Chris goes missing, Arjun puts Diana straight for writing Chris off. Diana manages to locate Chris and convinces him to come home and admit everything to Li Yan. But the confession backfires and Li Yan is livid with the family for keeping the matter from her. Old wounds are opened when Norleena and Zul discuss about Nasir's death. However, Zul put things in perspective for Norleena. Meanwhile, things are looking up for the Lims when Michael finally wakes up from the coma.

Michael's accident has left Kwong San much to reflect about what he did in his life. He decides it's time to right the wrongs as he makes a big confession to the Rahmans. Chris is taken away by the police for questioning regarding his fake degree, and Arjun reveals to Diana that he wasn't really interested in the aesthetic clinic venture in the very first place. Meantime, Xue Ling and the whole family continue keeping vigil at the hospital with hope that Michael would regain conscious.

In the aftermath of the car accident, Lauren panics when she realizes that Michael is unconscious and unresponsive. Scared, she calls up Peter Tay, who gives her instructions on what to do next. When the Lims finally finds out what happened to Michael, the devastated Xue Ling and Adam lash out at Peter Tay, blaming Lauren for the accident. The mood, meanwhile, is light over at the Rahmans as Salmah bonds with Wafiq over a cooking and eating session. And Chris lands himself in hot soup when Ben finds out about his fake degree and his forced resignation from KS Foods. The huge disappointment from the entire Tong family is evident as they had not expected Chris to mess up this way.

Xue Ling tries to ignore Peter Tay who keeps hounding her to get together with him after their one night of passion the week before. Kwong San then decides to give Xue Ling an ultimatum to solve this issue with Peter Tay once and for all for the sake of her marriage. Felicia starts to get cold towards Chris when she finds out that he is still seeing Suzanne. Feeling uneasy about this, Chris tries to pacify her, ends up kissing her and is caught red-handed by Suzanne, who refuses to believe Chris's lies anymore. And after a big fight with Peter Tay, Lauren takes his car for a spin, bringing Michael along with her. Without a valid driving license coupled with some dare devil driving, the joy ride comes to an abrupt end when Lauren crashes the car.

Kalila notices how Wafiq is affected by his breakup with Nadiah and decides to intervene by trying to persuade Salmah to accept her father. Xue Ling ponders about what she should do as she is conflicted about Adam wanting to return home and Peter wanting her to be with him. Meantime, Chris gets into deeper trouble when Felicia's father Chin Huat spots Suzanne and him holding hands and behaving like a couple. And while the relationship between Peter Tay and Lauren warms, Lauren finds out more about Adam's and Xue Ling's past from Michael.

As Xue Ling reels from the guilt of her actions, Adam makes things worse for her by making an effort to save the marriage and promising to be always faithful to her. Nadiah is shocked when she learns of Wafiq's resignation from KS Foods, but when she asks Kwong San, he reveals nothing to her about Wafiq's reasons for leaving. Lauren shows Peter Tay the photo of a teenage Xue Ling she got from his wallet and forces him to reveal what happened to them in the past. The wistful Peter Tay starts to pour his heart out to her.

Adam and Melissa start to get used to living with the Tongs as Ah Biao attempts to convince Adam to work things out with Xue Ling, but his advice falls on deaf ears. Meanwhile, a devastated Xue Ling thinks that Adam is really having an affair when she spots a photo of Adam and Kelly in Adam's phone. She ends up confiding in Peter Tay about her and Adam's relationship woes. Wafiq decides to quit his job because of Nadiah, much to Kwong San's shock and disappointment.

After learning of Xue Ling's resignation from KS Foods, Peter Tay pays her a visit at home and gets her out of the house to have some fun on the pretext of helping her to relax, while over at KS Foods, a fuming Kwong San cancels a meeting because he couldn't get in touch with Peter Tay. Nadiah continues pressing Wafiq for the reason why he broke up with her, but Wafiq is still not telling. And more troubles ahead for Xue Ling and Adam when Adam comes across the name card of the divorce lawyer in Melissa's schoolbag.

After Melissa and Adam fail to return home, Kwong San takes it out on Xue Ling, chiding her for not making her marriage and family a priority. He goes one step further and gets Xue Ling to hand over all the work stuff to Jay. And as part of his elaborate plan to break up Xue Ling and Adam, Peter Tay introduces to divorce lawyer to Xue Ling. Nadiah thinks the reason why Wafiq broke up with her is because of Yasmine, and a guilty conscious Wafiq is somewhat ‘happy' that Nadiah feels that way.

Misunderstanding between the siblings as Melissa thinks that Michael's poor A-Level result is the main cause of the constant argument between Xue Ling and Adam, but Michael thinks it is her eating disorder that started it all. With fear that Wafiq could actually send her to live with her mother Yasmine and her new husband, Kalila tries to get into Wafiq's good books by being the good and obedient daughter. Over at the Lims, Kwong San and Bee Li are not happy that Adam and Melissa are staying with the Tongs. They want Xue Ling to get them to come back home. Xue Ling manages to convince Melissa but Adam is adamant to stay put.

Adam spends another night at the Tongs but he's starting to feel out of place there, as the rest of the family are concerned about what happened between Xue Ling and him. Jay's plans to make Kwong San lose confidence in him backfires when Kwong San puts more of Xue Ling's responsibilities in his hands. Meanwhile, Wafiq is devastated when Yasmine announces her decision to remarry and wants Kalila to join her and her new husband in Nepal.

With Adam's absence, Xue Ling has no choice but to admit to her parents about her tiff with Adam. Both Bee Li and Kwong San are concerned as Bee Li urges Xue Ling to settle any differences with Adam. Over at KS Foods, Jay signs off a work process without consulting Kwong San, leaving Kwong San fuming and a sense of not being in control. And tension arises between Shruti and Pam when Shruti becomes jealous of Pam's closeness with Meera. Meanwhile, Xue Ling confronts Peter Tay for divulging her planned pregnancy. Peter makes it up to her by sending her home only to bump into Adam. Driven to jealousy and provoked by Peter, Adam punches Peter and is kicked out of the house by Xue Ling.

Despite her efforts to be on her best behavior, Pam's extended stay with the Bhaskars has taken a toll on her relationship with Shruti. Meera offers to let Pam stay on longer after meeting Pam's difficult mother, but Pam declines the kind offer and leaves. When Michael made a blunder at KS Foods and was reprimanded by Xue Ling, Peter Tay steps in to help. However, Peter Tay intentionally lets slip of Xue Ling's past secrets to Michael instead. Adam gets upset when Xue Ling suggests Michael to take the SAT for a shot at a good college in US. He thinks that she is up to her controlling ways again and a quarrel ensures. Michael's attempt to mediate and stop the argument makes it worse when he blurts out about Xue Ling's past secret.

Without giving too much away, Li Yan announces her decision to leave for Hong Kong that same day, and no one knows that she is there to find her long lost daughter except for Salmah. The Lims are still sore over Michael's dismal A-level result. Feeling bad and eager to please, Michael agrees to try his best to make it for Officer Cadet School when he gets enlisted to National Service. Meanwhile, competition arises between Felicia and Suzanne as they try to outdo each other to gain Chris's favour. Little did they realise that they have been played by Chris. And tension between Arjun and Bhaskar over the aesthetic clinic venture continues to simmer.

After boasting to Arjun that he can come up with the killer aesthetic business proposal to impress their potential investors, Chris pleads with Suzanne to help him with it but she refuses and warns him to stop flirting with Felicia. Bhaskar is furious with Arjun for exploring the aesthetics business with Nadine behind his back, and the defiant Arjun makes things worst. Li Yan, meantime, is quietly making plans for a trip to Hong Kong. But when Ben finds out about the trip and starts questioning Li Yan, Salmah jumps to her rescue.

Ben is conflicted whether he should tell Gina about Vanessa. After mustering up much courage to speak to Vanessa about this issue, he panics when Gina shows up at TCH at the same time. Things start to look really tricky when Gina introduces herself to Vanessa and both girls start to get friendly with each other. Chris feels the pressure when both Felicia and Suzanne compete for his attention. And things come to a head when Suzanne accuses Felicia of sabotaging her work. Meanwhile, Salmah encourages Li Yan to look for the daughter she gave up for adoption years back.

Li Yan's unresolved feelings over her illegitimate daughter with Bhaskar lead to a big bust up with Ben who refuses to be more supportive of a vulnerable Vanessa. Pam comes over to stay at the Bhaskars when she got kick out from her home, and her presence in the household leads to an embarrassing situation when she catches Arjun's with his pants down in the toilet. Over at KS Foods, Chris and Felicia flirt a little too openly for Suzanne's liking.

Sulaiman's attempts to write a personal statement on why he thinks he's suitable for sports science continues hitting a roadblock in the shape of Norleena. More on Vanessa's pregnancy saga when Ben incurs the wrath of Li Yan after he refuses to believe he is the father of Vanessa's child when he sees a recent photo of Vanessa with her ex-boyfriend. Meantime, Pam is caught shoplifting and Shruti is forced to come to her rescue.

Sulaiman is torn between applying for a university course in either Engineering or Sports Science. And the application process is not helped by Norleena's meddling and Salmah's advices. Meantime, Ben struggles to tell Gina that Vanessa is back and carrying his baby. And to make matters worse for Ben, Li Yan forces him to take a more active role in shepherding Vanessa through her pregnancy, something that he's not really keen on, as the whole issue had taken him by surprise.

It is A-Level results day and there's tension and high expectations for the likes of Michael, Shruti, Eddie and Pam. Eddie surprised everyone with better than expected results but Michael's results are not that great as expected. Ben is knocked out by the return of a pregnant Vanessa. To make matters worse, he feels betrayed that everyone knew of her pregnancy before he did. More revelations to come when Li Yan tells Salmah about a big secret she has been harbouring for years.

Eddie, while concerned about Hakim for pulling that inhaler prank on Atiqah, is determined to set Hakim the right path. However, Hakim proves to be a tough challenge for him when he damages Diana's van tyres in a fit of anger. Li Yan, meanwhile, is worried that Vanessa will make things difficult for Ben like before. She arranges to meet up with Vanessa to talk about her baby, her plans and having a future with Ben. Meantime, to keep the act going, Chris arranges for a dinner date with Felicia and it is making Suzanne all uncomfortable.

Hakim's prank by stealing Atiqah's inhaler nearly turn fatal when Atiqah has an asthma attack at that moment. Fortunately, Suzanne was there to offer a spare inhaler. Nadiah thinks that Salmah was the driving force behind Wafiq's decision to break off with her, but Kwong San's shifty action when he is around her makes Nadiah think otherwise. And Li Yan finds out about Vanessa's return but she decides to keep the news of Vanessa's pregnancy from Ben.

Zul confronts Wafiq and Kwong San with a dark buried secret from their past, which forces Wafiq break things off with Nadiah. While in school, Eddie and Hakim start to bond further when they engage in a prank war at school and at TCH. A resolute Christopher targets a potential investor for Arjun's future aesthetic clinic, and this person happens to be a good friend of Meera.

Xue Ling is feeling the pressure from her strained relationship with Adam and work, only for Peter Tay to offer some support. Meantime, Nadiah's and Wafiq's deepening relationship meets with even stronger disapproval from Zul and Salmah. At school, Eddie forms a friendship with his student Hakim, and in turn, Hakim helps Eddie pulls a stunt on the troublemaker Lauren to get back at her. While at TCH, Diana and Arjun bond over the unlikeliest situation – giving tuition to a needy child.

The investigation into Lauren's allegations that Eddie molested her is completed as Ah Biao and Zul plead with Mrs Pereira on about Eddie's innocence. But Mrs Pereira is sticking by the rules on this one. Will Eddie get to keep his job after this? The fallout between Xue Ling and Adam continues. They are not on speaking terms anymore, resulting in her unintentionally seeking solace from Peter Tay and divulging more personal information than she should. And Chris is still determined to see through the aesthetic clinic plan and his enthusiasm seems to have rubbed onto Arjun.

Adam has his suspicion that Xue Ling is behind the ‘too-good-to-be-true' rental deal for the new MMA gym. He confronts Chris about it and under pressure, Chris blurts out that it is indeed Xue Ling's arrangement and Adam makes things worst by questioning Xue Ling at the office in front of everyone. Meera, still helping out at the clinic, continues to disrupt operations much to Bhaskar's frustration. He knows he can't make the hard decision to fire her so he devised a plan to get Norleena back to work. And as part of his grand plans to prove that Xue Ling is the better choice to run KS Foods, Jay messes up a meeting with a long-term supplier but Peter Tay sees through the scheme.

Old wounds from Diana's and Arjun's break up are reopened when Li Yan finds out that it was Meera who told Diana to leave Arjun. Ben and Gina go on a mani-pedi double date with Sulaiman and Norleena, who are uneasy throughout the session when they thought that Ben was already aware of Vanessa's pregnancy. Over at the Rahmans, Nadiah teaches Wafiq how to cook, and Salmah is furious when she learns about that arrangement.

Sulaiman and Norleena are conflicted about what to do now that they know about Vanessa's pregnancy and whether they should tell Ben or not. But a chance meeting with Vanessa at Norleena's first antenatal class changes their take on the situation. Xue Ling and Adam's constant arguing spills over to their family when they both forgot to attend Melissa's school's Sports Day, much to Melissa's disappointment. Meantime, Meera helps out at Bhaskar's clinic while Norleena takes some time off. How will she balance being Bhaskar's employee with being his wife?

The Tongs, together with Shruti and Pam, rally behind Eddie after Lauren accused him of molesting her. Norleena has a health scare and on the advice of Bhaskar's advice, goes for a checkup with her gynecologist as a panicky Sulaiman freaks out. At KS Foods, Peter Tay assigns Xue Ling to work with him on a new marketing plan, much to her surprise, while Adam meets with a potential landlord on Chris's recommendation as he continues to look for a permanent space to run his MMA classes.

Norleena signs up for antenatal classes for first-time mothers at the hospital but Salmah, having raised her children based on traditional methods, is not really keen on those Western ways, nor those ‘modern' baby care gadgets that the excited parents-to-be bought. At work, Chris struggles with the consequences of misleading Felicia as Suzanne pushes on with plans for them to apply for their own BTO flat. And at school, Lauren plots to get back at Eddie for humiliating her in class the previous week, while Eddie thinks he has taught Lauren a lesson when he catches her paying another student to do her homework. But to Eddie's surprise, Mrs Pereira comes confronting him with a grave accusation.

When Felicia realizes that Chris has been manipulating her, she is devastated. Desperate to win her back to his side so that she will not tell on him, Chris shows up at her home and begs for forgiveness. However, her protective father is there to thwart him. Eddie uses Encik Chua's name to scare the students into cooperation but Lauren is not fooled. Encik Chua tells him he has to get tough on her or he will lose control of the class. Zul's relationship with Juliana seems to be going smoothly but for some reasons, he's troubled by their age difference and something else he can't quite pinpoint.

Chris's excitement at being made full-time staff is cut short when Nadiah asks him for a copy of his university transcript. He asks Suzanne for help to fake a transcript, but she's swamped with work and meetings. At the last resort, Chris tries to sweet talk Felicia to cover for him. Eddie finds it hard going trying to get the FAN Club students to follow his instructions with Lauren pushes his buttons, sorely testing his patience. Nadiah and Salmah's cold war over Wafiq continues while Shruti gets accused of stealing the limited edition necklace from the boutique.

Kalila throws a tantrum at TCH when she reveals she doesn't want Nadiah to be her new mother. This opens up a can of worms that leads to a showdown between Wafiq and Salmah. Chris goes all out to prove he should be hired full-time at KS Foods while Jay goes head to head with Wafiq on a work matter. Lauren meanwhile, visits the boutique that Shruti's working in, starts trying almost every single piece of garment, making a mess, and making things really difficult for Shruti.

An upbeat Kwong San looks forward to starting the Lunar New Year on the right foot with a lion dance performance at KS Foods but things go badly wrong for him. Chris tries to be more gung ho at work and might have taken on more than he can handle, while Xue Ling lets on that she knows Wafiq and Nadiah are now an item. Pam visits Shruti at the boutique to help her out from her the clutches of Kingsley but Shruti ends up embarrassing Pam.

It's Valentine's Day, and Bee Li tries to get Kwong San out of the house for a romantic stroll. After much persuasion, Kwong San agrees but to add to Bee Li's frustration, he invites Sheila and Jay along. Shruti, meantime, starts her first day of work as a personal shopper, but will she be able to survive under her tyrant of a boss? And while Tanglin Coffee House organises a singles event for Valentine's Day, Norleena uses the event as a way for Nadiah and Wafiq to spend some time together. However, Salmah smells a rat and starts spying on them. Over at the Lims, Kwong San is excited about the prospect of Jay proposing to Sheila, but little does Kwong San know that the relationship between them is not what it seems.

Eddie is late for his first day of work as a Relief Teacher in Tanglin JC. His troubles don't end there as he also gets a harsh lesson-cum-reality check on handling those students who, not so long ago, were his schoolmates. The presence of Sheila continues to threaten Xue Ling and it all comes to a head when Kwong San hints to Jay that Sheila and him should start planning to get hitched. While at the Bhaskars, Shruti's part-time job as a Personal Shopper is met by strong objection from Meera, who thinks the job title is just a classy name for a Salesgirl.

Eddie goes for the trial session for the Relief PE Teacher job. However, he gets a reality check when he discovers that Mrs Pereira had Michael in mind for the job instead. During the trial, Mrs Pereira is hovering over him and nit-picking, Eddie is determined to prove her wrong and get the job. Facing a dead-end in search for funding for his aesthetic clinic venture with Arjun, Chris tries his luck with Meera in hope that she will invest in the business. Meera seems to go along with it but she has other ideas. And when Jay comes up with a suggestion to change their core ingredients supplier in an effort to cut down costs, he is met with overwhelming disapproval from Xue Ling and Wafiq as it would ruin a long, working relationship. However, Jay is determined to get his way and Kwong San gives him the go ahead as long as the move benefits KS Foods.

When Norleena implies that Wafiq and Nadiah may have feelings for one another, it is met with strong disapproval from Salmah, who deems a divorced, single father to be unsuitable for Nadiah. This makes Nadiah ponder if she really might have feelings for Wafiq after how Salmah reacted. Jay's involvement in the family business puts a damper on Xue Ling's morale. She begins to wonder if all the years she had worked in KS Foods would go to waste if her brother takes over and throws her into the sidelines. Chris, meanwhile, is excited about his back-up plan in the form of going into a business venture with Arjun in case the permanent job at KS Foods never materializes. But Diana's skeptical about the whole thing.

It's the Lunar New Year and the Lims and Tongs celebrate. While over at the Rahmans, Norleena observes the interaction between Nadiah and Wafiq and let Sulaiman on about the possible romance between them. Despite his initial skepticism, Sulaiman confirms it when he sees that Nadiah and Wafiq are really comfortable with each other. Sheila, meanwhile, makes a nice impression on everyone except Bee Li, who is skeptical about her because she dumped Jay before. Kwong San, on the other hand, is even more impressed with Sheila when she seeks business advice from him. And Eddie, desperate to get a job, applies to be a relief teacher at Tanglin JC after getting hold of the application forms that Mrs Pereira had given to Zul for Michael.

Tension between Adam and Xue Ling worsens with little things grating them, culminating to a huge fight over at the Tongs during reunion dinner. But after hearing Li Yan's little insight on Adam, Xue Ling seeks out Adam to make peace and agrees to give him the space that he needs. Salmah tries to find out Nadiah's third mystery date and is disappointed to be told by Nadiah that the date did not turn up. And based on the deal struck between Nadiah and Salmah, Salmah cannot introduce any more guys to her. Meanwhile, Jay brings Sheila over to the Lims for reunion dinner. Over dinner, Sheila wins over Kwong San with her business savviness.

Ben and Gina are meant to have a date but Gina offers to take Ben to see a doctor instead as his sprain hasn't healed. Nadiah goes for her ‘arranged' date but unknown to Salmah, she has lunch with Wafiq. Could they both be starting to warm up to each other? Shruti is planning to apply for a job at the Digital Media Agency but she is afraid to offend Pam in case she gets the job. Her worries, however, are unfounded when Pam is supportive of her job hunt. Kwong San, meanwhile, has decided to give Jay bigger responsibilities in KS Foods, and Xue Ling is starting to feel threatened.

After two failed attempts, Salmah bugs Wafiq to set Nadiah up on a third date with one of his friends. To help Nadiah get around it, Wafiq hatches a plan. Pam and Shruti are starting to find the extended holiday break boring, and they set out to find some part-time work. Jay, hoping to regain his father's trust, finally comes clean with Kwong San about why he chose to come back to KS Foods while Xue Ling finds out more about Jay's life in the US from Shelia.

Still unhappy with Arjun's decision to open an aesthetics clinic, the cold war between Arjun and Bhaskar escalates. A major showdown looms when Kwong San springs a surprise on everyone by inviting the Tongs over to his house for dinner on the pretext that they are celebrating Adam's birthday. But he has something up his sleeves as he prepares to make an announcement that will shock everyone. Meantime, Ah Biao is panicky when his envelope of new notes for Chinese New Year goes missing. As Ben and Diana help look for it, Diana realizes that Ah Biao could be starting to lose his memory. Ben snubs Gina when she shows up at TCH to meet a client but when the client gets physical with Gina, Ben decides to step in to help her.

The fallout from Arjun's phoney relationship with Ann continues as Bhaskar suffers the silent treatment from Meera while Krishna finds fault with Arjun at work. Kwong San is on the warpath when he learns that Jay told Wafiq about his heart attack. He worries that he will lose the control and confidence of the directors and staff if news of his illness leaks. And still mulling over what Juliana said about having her own children, Zul and Mrs Pereira start to bond over the parental issue of having children.

Suzanne is now not too sure about getting engaged with Chris. The truth is that she still hasn't gotten over Chris's infidelity but Ben reassures her that everything will be fine. Nadiah has another blind date set up by Wafiq that leads to an unexpected consequence. She is beginning to question Wafiq's motive to set her up with those ‘strange' guys. While over at the Bhaskars, Arjun's fake relationship with Ann comes to a head when Dr Krishna shows up at his house unannounced with photos of Ann and Ryan and demands answers. Things get worst for Arjun when Ann admits to the fake dating.

Adam and Li Yan return to Singapore without Michael, much to Xue Ling's annoyance. When Adam reveals that he allowed Michael to go backpacking in China, Xue Ling hits the roof. More troubles at the Lims when Jay tries to have dinner with Kwong San and both end of having a big argument over Kwong San being controlling of his life. Chris and Suzanne, together with Sulaiman and Norleena try to set Ben up with a date with Gina. And Arjun's relationship with Ann comes to a very abrupt and shocking end when Ann runs away from home, leaving a note saying that she has eloped with someone else.

Diana gets really angry with Chris and Suzanne for arranging that awkward lunch date with Jay. In Hong Kong, Adam finally reconciles with Michael with help from an unexpected source in Eddie, while Li Yan confronts a long buried secret from her past after a meeting with a long-lost sister. Meanwhile, Pam and Shruti finally bury the hatchet and become friends. Diana, however, has no such luck as she struggles to cope after her ill-fated meeting with Jay.

Eddie, Shruti and Pam come up with an idea to keep Michael in Hong Kong Disneyland until Adam's arrival. But the plan backfires after Michael spots Adam and runs away again. When father and son finally reunite, things take a turn for the worse when Michael blows his tops at Adam. Hoping to mend things between Jay and Diana, Christopher and Suzanne arrange for them to meet and patch things up. But the meeting falls flat after Jay walks out on them.

Panic breaks out when the adults discover Eddie and Shruti's plans to track Michael down in Hong Kong as Adam blames Xue Ling for Michael's decision to run away from home. Meanwhile in Hong Kong, Shruti and Eddie manage to find Michael but Michael doesn't want to go home. And the truth is out after Arjun confesses to Bhaskar that Ann and him are on a fake date just to keep Ann's parents happy and cover up for her real date with Ryan the Surfer. Arjun promised he will find a way to end it but Bhaskar is concerned how that would impact Arjun's career.

After news about Jay is Jun Kai broke out, everyone forms their own opinions about the situation, and all is especially concerned for Diana. At KS Foods, Jay makes his presence felt. He gets all business-like, questioning the accounts and business decisions, causing Xue Ling and Kwong San to wonder at his motives. Meantime, drama unfolds when Eddie and Shruti discover Michael's ran away to Hong Kong. They hatch a plan to get Michael back without letting the adults know.

Kwong San is angry with Bee Li and Xue Ling for keeping Jay's return to Singapore and staying with the Tongs a secret. But he is even more furious with the Tongs for hiding Jay from him. Salmah irritates Nadiah with suggestions on how to prepare for her blind date. And Norleena finds herself being tasked to spy on Nadiah during her date by Salmah, who is all too anxious to check out that guy. Li Yan, meanwhile, hatches a plan with Chris for him to reconcile with Suzanne. When the two finally meet, something unexpected happens, leaving Suzanne totally stunned.

Jay shows up at the board meeting, throwing Kwong San and Xue Ling off. Knowing that Peter Tay is watching, Kwong San and Xue Ling play it cool. But Peter Tay has a bigger plan in mind to drive the wedge between the Lims. Ben's dating woes worsen when he unknowingly calls up a second date which happens to be Gina's friend. While Chris, being officially dumped by Suzanne, pleads with Li Yan to help him persuade Suzanne not to give up on their relationship. However, Li Yan is reluctant to get involved.

After spending a night at the Tongs', things are much clearer to Suzanne and she wants to give Chris another chance. However, upon seeing Chris's empty bed, the upset Suzanne starts to question if he might be outside cheating on her again. Meera tries to convince Salmah and Li Yan to go for another of Adam's exercise class but the women are hesitant after that incident where Bee Li caused Li Yan to sprain her ankle. Peter Tay calls up an emergency meeting at KS Foods with the staff as he is leaving for Japan and wants to make sure everything is in place before he leaves. He continues to question Kwong San about Jay's whereabouts and the talk of Jay's return is making Xue Ling uncomfortable. And there is more surprises in store for Kwong San and her.

A frustrated Xue Ling joins Peter Tay for some wine and Adam is not too pleased to see her home drunk, and the tense atmosphere between them escalate to another full blown argument. Things are still icy between Chris and Suzanne and although Chris tries to make amends, Suzanne is cold and unwilling. When Chris confides in Arjun and Suzanne with Diana over this, both have different takes on the issue; Chris citing Suzanne is being difficult while Suzanne saying Chris hurt her too much to take it lightly. Will they be able to work things out and get back together? Meanwhile, Salmah sets Nadiah on a blind date and Nadiah is not too happy with it. To make things worse, Wafiq, Sulaiman and Norleena are caught in the crossfire.

Kwong San and Xue Ling address the press leak and try to convince the board members that a retrenchment exercise is not necessary. However, Peter Tay has other ideas as he tries to convince the board that a golden handshake is vital to save the company. Arjun is feeling a little down after losing a patient in the operating room. Concerned for his son, Bhaskar, tries to talk things out with him but nothing prepares him for the decision Arjun has made about his career. Xue Ling and Adam have a big argument when Adam feels that those therapist sessions are not helping Melissa. To make things worse, he brings Melissa for Chinese New Year shopping instead of going for a session, hence incurring the wrath of Xue Ling.

Peter Tay hopes to put a positive spin on the company's retrenchment exercise in an interview with a journalist, but Lauren unexpectedly shows up at the interview. Arjun gets business advice from Chris and considers the prospect of opening his own aesthetics practice. Michael, meanwhile, is getting weary of the constant tension at home. He confides in Pam. And although Zul and Juliana finally make amends, their personality differences are starting to show. Mrs Pereira is disappointed to learn that Zul and Juliana appear to be pursuing a relationship. Could Zul be missing out on something with more potential?

Zul is morose as he regrets the way things have turned out with Juliana. And a guilt-stricken Salmah decides to help to reconcile the duo. Nadiah has a tough time handling the retrenchment consultation sessions with irate staff who feels that they've been betrayed by the company, and Kwong San and Xue Ling have a crisis on their hands when they learn that some of the retrenched employees have gone to the press, and this might generate negative publicity for the company. However, Peter Tay tells them he has an idea to fend off the bad publicity. Arjun is introduced to an aesthetic doctor and his interest in that business is piqued when the doctor exalts the perks of the aesthetic business.

Zul gets jittery when he cannot get in touch with Juliana, and Salmah isn't helping when she keeps telling him that Juliana might have absconded with his hard earned money. Wafiq continues to be frustrated by Salmah's requests and questions regarding potential husbands for Nadiah. And Atiqah tells Sulaiman off over his ‘ridiculous' request that Hassan and her stay out of the Tanglin neighbourhood

Michael and Lauren decide to make a police report about Mark being the supplier of the ADHA Pills when Randall's injury is more serious than they thought. Hassan is upset when he finds out that Salmah was rude to his wife Atiqah during the latter's pre-employment medical check-up at the clinic. He seeks Sulaiman out to address the issue, only to get more rebuffs from Sulaiman. Wafiq, meanwhile, reluctantly helps Salmah to look for potential husband for Nadiah after he was coerced by her to do so. And over at TCH, Zul shocks everyone when he hands over a large sum of money to Juliana, the girl he just met online.

Eddie returns from his volunteering stint in Thailand, and starts his pranks all over again, only to have a couple of stunts falling flat right in front of him. While in the neighbourhood, Norleena runs into Hassan and the latter manages to coax Norleena into having coffee with him for some catching up sessions. And drugs and alcohol gets the better of Randall when he meets with a mishap at his own pool party.

Arjun and Bhaskar reconcile, and he confesses to his father that he doubts his abilities as a doctor. Meanwhile, Michael confronts Randall and Mark about their drug related habits. The Tanglin Ladies' Circle holds their first exercise class, and things break down quickly between Salmah and Bee Li when Salmah accuses Bee Li of hurting Li Yan intentionally.

Arjun has to perform an operation on a patient who is friends with Salmah, but he proves to be extremely difficult to handle. Bhaskar helps out, but it backfires badly when Arjun thinks that Bhaskar is undermining him. Michael is stunned to find out that Mark and Randall have pushed Lauren into trying those ADHD pills before, while Li Yan and the other members of the Tanglin Ladies Circle agree to form an exercise group and keep fit. A worried Diana, meanwhile, thinks that Jay left because of her. She tries her best to hide her guilt.

Ben goes to TCH and discovers that Jay is not there. A search into his room reveals that he has moved out, and this leaves the Tongs stunned and puzzled by his disappearance. Lauren's ruse finally falls through, with Peter Tay deviously manipulating her and her stepfather Colin. And after his mis-step at the KS Foods factory, Michael is transferred to work at the office so that Kwong San and Xue Ling can keep a close watch on him. Meanwhile, Arjun and Ann's fake relationship has crossed new and dangerous boundaries, with Arjun now worried about damaging his mother's hopes when the eventual break-up occurs.

Michael struggles to put forth his case about KS Foods' succession plan. But after he accidentally plunges the company into a perilous situation, he finds his moral courage and makes a stand. Diana and Jay's relationship finally begins to find its feet, but the path is rocky, and looks increasingly like a dead end. On the other hand, Chris and Suzanne's relationship reaches a new low, as Suzanne struggles with heartbreak from the fallout, and her feelings for Chris.

Michael makes a mistake at the KS Foods factory and he fears he will incur the wrath of Kwong San. Fortunately, the kind factory supervisor Uncle Vijesh covers for him. Lauren looks for Peter Tay at the office under the guise of wanting to know him better. But there's more that meets the eyes amid the father-daughter bonding. And Chris, alone in the office with Suzanne, seizes the chance to make up with Suzanne but she continues to ignore him.

It's New Year's Day. Lauren invites herself over to Michael's house when he lets on that Peter Tay is there. Lauren's reunion and relationship with her estranged father piques Kwong San's curiosity. He suspects that Lauren is trying to reunite with Peter Tay because of his wealth. Jay, after being left in limbo by Diana on New Year's Eve, is desperate to get an answer from her but she keeps avoiding him. Norleena invites Leha and Kassim over in the hopes of getting Sulaiman to fill in the blanks on his unhappy past.
