Conductor Mablewood is back, and the competition for principal clarinetist starts again; Bo is struggling to practice with a broken finger; Jeppe is having trouble keeping everything together.
Under pressure to salvage the Orchestra's finances, Jeppe seeks sponsorship from investor Marcus Holm; to Bo's great surprise, Anastacia shows up to play at a concert.
Mette has called Bo and Simon to a mediation meeting after their fight during the concert; Jeppe must also deal with Simon attending a parent-teacher meeting at Alma's school, after Alma's two boyfriends got into a fight over her.
