The House at Christianshavn

Karla and Egon are spending the vinter in Mallorca while the rest of the house's tenants decide to spend the vinter at a cottage.

A few of the tenants at the house at Christianshavn have become practicing chamber music at the widow Mrs. Hammerstedts apartment.

The house at Christianshavn is haunted. The ball from the handrail is floating and Mr. Olsen has a new drinking buddy that only he an see. All of this started when Mrs. Hammerstedt took delivery of an old dresser.

Mr. Olsen is turning 50 and is feeling a bit depressed. Everyone decides to throw him a birthday party over in Rottehullet.

The residents of the house at Christianshavn are offered the opportunity to purchase the house, but do they want to?

Clausen becomes the center of a paternity suit.

Egon and Emma are over in Rottehullet when they hear a small piece of gossip, and before long, a little gust has grown into a full-blown storm.

Bo falls hard and passionately for a beautiful and intellectual woman named Mette. Before he knows it, he has replaced 70's rock with classical music, partying with long walks, lazy living with exercise, and his apartment even gets curtains.

Larsen inherits the personal belongings of an associate from the old days by the name of Ludwig. Among the few items is a letter, asking Larsen to settle the score with the fence who cheated Ludwig out of the money from the theft of a valuable bracelet.

Clausen's niece Lise is visiting and ends up spending time with Bo, who despite having a girlfriend, begins to fall for Lise. Bo and Lise have dinner that evening, and Lise reveals that she is pregnant. Clausen thinks that Bo is the father, but Lise tells him, that she has come to Copenhagen, in order to meet father, Jimmy.

Karla receives an offer to be test photographed by a fashion photographer.

Olsen comes home from the office party drunk and has to be carried up the stairs. The next day, Mrs. Olsen finds lipstick on the collar of her husband's shirt, but being mature adults, Mrs. Olsen knows that it's nothing serious and Mr. Olsen tells everyone, that he believes in marriage equality. But this is easier said than done.

The result of a nationwide survey shows that Olsen's son Willian, is one of the country's most gifted children.

Karla and Egon want to buy a house, but they have very different vision for what their new home should look like, and what it should cost.

Meyer is in love with the graceful and well dressed Mrs. Holmberg and spends a lot of money on meeting her lifestyle. The new couple is enjoying an expensive dinner at Rottehullet, when a strange man named Freddy shows up and claims to be Mrs. Holmberg's fiancée.

Clausen, being an old scout, has received the honour of substituting for the local scouts troop leader and Olsen has won a tent in the scouts' lottery. The two set off to test out the tent and their skills on the embankment, well laden with drinks.

Following an argument with her husband, Mrs. Olsen decides to get a job as a bus driver to make a little extra money, something her husband finds very upsetting.

The house on Christianshavn is getting a visit from Harald Jensen, an acquaintance of Larsen from the old days, who decides to move in with his old friend.

Olsen's son William is in love, and it's now his dads responsibility to tell him about the facts of life.

There has been theft at a watchmaker and the police suspects Larsen, who has an alibi, but the only witness proves hard to find. While being shadowed by the police, Larsen comes up with a traditional Larsen way of create a new and perfect alibi.

The tenants of the house at Christianshavn have come to the realisation that paintings are best financial investment.

The missionary needs money to help people in need, mostly himself. Therefore, the neighbourhood is called to a meeting at Rottehullet.

A feminist named Tippe comes to the house at Christianshavn, and thanks to her, the wives begin to open their eyes to new things. This results in Mrs. Clausen wanting a divorce, and she is taking the monitor lizard with her.

Eva is one of Olsen's customers, but she has no place to live. Olsen tries to get her in with one of the tenants of the house, he even tries Bo who is always ready to help a woman, but his girlfriend says no. Eva ends up spending the night in Olsen's moving van.

Mr. Clausen has developed allergies and comes down with rubella

Meyer is watching Karla's son Bimmer while she is at the hairdressers. When Clausen needs help downstairs, Meyer leaves Bimmer alone in the apartment. When Egon comes home and finds Bimmer alone, he takes him over to Emma in Rottehullet, so that she can look after him until Karla gets home. When Karla gets home and finds Bimmer missing, all hell breaks loose.

Mr. Clausen and Mr. Olsen are doing laundry, and in the detergent boxes they find coupons for participating in a competition for a trip to Bali. Clausen submits his coupon but Olsen does not. Soon after, Clausen learns that he has won the competition which makes Olsen jealous. The detergent company wants to do a photo shoot with Mrs. Clausen, who soon gets fed up with the whole thing.

Olsen is writing a poem for his brother's an wife's silver wedding anniversary. This turns out to be much more difficult than expected and before long, all the men of the house are involved.

It's spring and Meyer has cast his gaze on Emma.

The wives have just come home from their holiday to Mallorca, they and their husbands decide to celebrate being reunited with a fun night out of town. The next morning, the wives get together and agree that being drunk and having drunk husbands isn't that much fun. They decide to put the men on a diet consisting of salads and tulips.

With the wives away on holiday, Mr. Olsen, Mr. Clausen, and Egon are having fun until Meyer noticed that Larsen keeps coming late at night at leaving again in the early morning hours, just like back in the days when Larsen made his living as a thief. The men gather at Rollethullet to to discuss the situation and what can be done. There, using cards, Emma divines and foretells that all the men will meet blonde women.

Mrs. Olsen has three cancellation tickets on hand for Mallorca and she wants the other women of the house to join her, but how do the men feel about their wives going on holiday without them?

Tue is studying for his final exams and the whole house at Christianshavn are under strict orders to be quiet.

Olsen unwittingly gets involved in a crime when he uses the company's moving van to make a little extra money.

Clausen has had a special visitor in his store. He has been hypnotised and now believes he is a monkey. Tue in the meantime, is trying an experiment on the residents of the house involving hash.

Olsen and Clausen get mad a Egon after he reveals the result of last night football match. Peace is restored when the ladies of the house go on a trip to Sweden without the men. After not being home on the agreed time, the men gather together at Rottehullet to share their worries.

Everyone is going on holiday except for Karla and Egon, for whom a holiday seems to expensive. Olsen suggest to Egon that they could try a cancellation flight to Málaga, but Karla is afraid of flying. At the same time, Mr. Clausen has rented a caravan for their holiday, but Mrs. Clausen doesn't want to go on a caravan holiday.

Tue is returning from sensitivity training and he wants to share what he has learned with the whole house.

Mr. Olsen gets twelve right on his betting ticket, but soon expectations prove to be better than the result.

The last tenant in Nr. 17 right down the street from the house is moving, but the building soon gets occupied by squatters.

Larsen becomes famous and is feeling his identity slowly getting lost in the undesired fame.

The peaceful Sunday on Christianshavn is at risk when a young idealist shows up and make the women rebel.

Egon and Karla's marriage is running into issues as workout fever grips the nations.

Clausen never says no to animals, no matter what animal. This is how he ends up with a raccoon of questionable origins.

Olsen's New Year's Eve is almost spoiled due to various issues and conflicts with his fellow tenants.

Hr. Olsen is dreaming of a quiet Christmas with five types of cookies and without trouble or nerves.

Clausen, the owner of the pet shop, is giving a presentation for the 7th. grade and is suffering from stage fright and is on the brink of a breakdown.

Alarming headlines in the newspapers scares the people of the house and Olsen takes the initiate and forms a neighbourhood watch.

There has been a rubbery at an insurance company and the police suspects Larsen. He is therefore taken to the police station. The same day, Clausen discovers a new parrot that he hasn't seen before in his store.

Karla and Egon are getting married, but before they leave for the church, a premarital argument breaks out because Egon does not want Karla's child, Bimmer, at the wedding. Mr. and Mrs. Clausen are also fighting, and Mrs. Clausen ends up not wanting to go to the wedding. Both Karla and Mrs. Clausen lock themselves in their bedrooms. Luckily, expect help is at hand to grant the prospective groom and Mr. Clausen access to their bedrooms.

Mrs. Clausen gets something stuck in her eye while making liver paste and Mr. Clausen has to take her to the emergency room. Clausen asks Tue to look after the pet store while he is gone, but things get challenging when Tue's girlfriend, Rikke, drops of children from her job at the kindergarten.

Tue and Rikke overslept and Rikke panics as she has to get to work quickly, only to realise that it's Saturday. The couple instead decides to go for a picnic in the woods. Karla is getting a visit from her new boyfriend Egon, whom she hasn't told about her child yet. Later that day, the fire safety inspector shows up in the house following a report of someone living in the attic apartment, which is in violation of the fire regulations.

Der er oprør i Amagergade på Christianshavn. Der går rygter om, at gaden skal rives ned for at give plads for et stort elegant Christianhavnscenter med et "Hilarious Holyday" Hotel som et prangende midtpunkt. Den pengegriske, kyniske byggematador Hallandsen (Poul Bundgaard), er med amerikansk kapital i ryggen ved at opkøbe alle ejendommene, for at overtage hele kvarteret. Det eneste der mangler er boligministerens godkendelse. Han har allerede opkøbt det meste af kvarteret. Han mangler kun Amagergade 7 og 9, som ejes af den gamle Fru Lorentzen. Hun er meget syg, så Hallandsen venter kun på, at hun afgår ved døden. Hallandsen har dog gjort regning uden vært. Nationalmuseet er kommet undervejs med, at netop i disse to numre er bevaringsværdige, og sender kunsthistorikeren Alfred Krabbe (Bjørn Watt Boolsen) ud for at undersøge sagen. Han arbejder nu på at husene i Amagergade fredes. Mens alt dette står på, sker der store og små begivenheder hos familierne i Huset.
